国际中文教师奖学金招生简章
一、资助对象
1．非中国籍人士；
2．身体健康，品学兼优；
3．有志于从事汉语教育、教学及汉语国际推广相关工作；
4．年龄一般在16至35周岁之间（统一以2022年9月1日计），在职中文教师放宽至 45 周岁，本科奖学金申请者一般不超过25 周岁。

三、资助内容
国际中文教师奖学金资助内容包括：学费、住宿费、生活费（四周研修生除外）和综合医疗保险费。
四、申请流程
1. 在线申请
2022年3月1日起，申请者可以登录奖学金网站(cis.chinese.cn)，注册、填写《国际中文教师奖学金申请表》并附上有关证明材料电子扫描件。
2. 联系并选择推荐机构
申请者登录国际中文教师奖学金网站，查询和选择推荐机构。
3. 推荐机构审核并推荐合格学生至云南大学，由云南大学审核入学资格，择优预录取。
4. 中外语言交流合作中心集中评审，择优录取。评审结果一般在入学前2个月发布。
5. 云南大学与学生确认留学意向后，将在15个工作日内将录取材料发送至推荐机构。
6. 获奖者可在线打印获奖证书，按规定时间到云南大学注册学籍后享受国际中文教师奖学金待遇。
7. 学历生参阅《国际中文教师奖学金年度评审办法》，在第一学期末接受考核。
8. 新冠肺炎疫情期间，相关入学等事宜，请及时联系学校。
9. 入学体检不合格、中途退学、及未经许可不按时报到、休学等情况，取消奖学金资格。
五、申请材料
推荐机构需对申请者护照用名完整、国籍无误、永久通信地址真实有效等情况进行审核。以下证明材料如非中文或英文版本，需提供相应的公证文件。
1. 护照照片页扫描件。
2. 未满18周岁的申请者，须提交在华监护人署名的委托证明文件。
3. HSK、HSKK成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件。
4. 推荐机构负责人签发的推荐信。
5. 经过公证的最高学历证明（毕业预期证明）和在校学习成绩单。
6. 汉语国际教育专业硕士须提供两名副教授以上职称导师的推荐信。提供毕业后拟任教机构工作协议或相关证明者优先录取。
六、申请截止日期（以北京时间为准）
1．7 月入学：学生申请截止日期为 4 月 15 日；
2．9 月入学：学生申请截止日期为 5 月 15 日；
3．12 月入学：学生申请截止日期为 9 月 15 日；
4．2023年3月入学：学生申请截止日期为 11 月 15日。

International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Program 2022
I. Qualification of Applicants
1. Non-Chinese citizens.
2. Applicants should be in good physical and mental health, have good character and excellent academic performance.
3. Applicants are interested in engaging in Chinese Language Education, teaching activities and international works related to Chinese language promotion.
4. Applicants' age limit should be between 16-35 years old (as of September 1st, 2022). Applicants currently working as Chinese language teachers shall not be over 45, while undergraduate student applicants shall not be over 25.

III. Scholarship Coverage
Full International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship includes: tuition fee, accommodation fee, living allowance (except four weeks scholarship students) and comprehensive insurance for foreign students studying in china.
IV. The Application Procedure
1. Online Application
From March 1st, 2022, applicants can register online on the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website and fill in the “International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Application Form”, and upload electronic scanned copies of the supporting documents.
2. Contact and select the recommending institutions
Applicants can visit the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website to search and select the recommending institutions.
3. Recommending institutions will review and recommend the qualified students to Yunnan University. Yunnan University will in charge of examining the admissions qualifications of applicants and conducts merit-based pre-admissions.
4. Center for Language Education and Cooperation will conduct an overall assessment of all applications and admit applicants on the basis of competitive selection. Normally, the admissions results will be announced two months before the admissions date.
5. After confirming the intention of studying abroad, our school will send the admissions materials to the recommending institutions.
6. Students can print the scholarship certificate online. Scholarship owners can only receive the scholarship treatment after they come to Yunnan University and register on time.
7. According to the International Chinese Language Teachers scholarship Annual Evaluation Method, Degree student should be assessed at the end of the first term.
8.During the New Crown Pneumonia epidemic, please contact Yunnan University in time to inquire about enrollment.
9. Students who fail the physical examination, withdraw from school, or fail to report to school or suspend from school without permission will be disqualified from scholarship.
V. Application Materials
Recommending institutions need to complete the whole application procedure and make sure the name, nationality and permanent address of the applicant is correct. If the following documents are not in Chinese or English, notarization documents should be provided.
1. Scanned copy of passport photo page.
2. Applicants under the age of 18 shall submit proof of entrustment document signed by a guardian in China.
3. Scanned copy of HSK, HSKK transcript report (valid for two years).
4. Recommendation letter signed by the head of the recommending institutions.
5. Notarized the highest diploma certificate (or scheduled graduation proof) and academic transcript.
6. The MTCSOL Scholarship applicants are required to submit two reference letters from professors or associate professors(in Chinese or English). Applicants who can provide the work agreement after graduation from teaching institutions are preferred.
VI. Application Deadline (Beijing Time)
1. For programs commencing in July, student application must complete before April 15th;
2. For programs commencing in September, student application must complete before May 15th;
3. For programs commencing in December, student application must complete before September 15th;
4. For programs commencing in March 2023, student application must complete before November 15th.
